Dollar Tree Distribution Center

Geo-Tech delivered subsurface exploration, foundation engineering, and full construction materials testing for a large-scale Dollar Tree distribution facility.

The Dollar Tree distribution center is a heavy-load warehouse facility built to support high-volume freight operations. Geo-Tech was engaged as the geotechnical engineer and materials testing firm, pairing geophysical exploration with SPT soil boring analysis to characterize the site and guide foundation and pavement design. Density testing, threshold inspections, and concrete strength verification carried the project through vertical construction.
