Founded in 1999 by N. Jonathan Heath, Geo-Technologies, Inc. (Geo-Tech) has become a pioneer in the art of modern engineering. Mr. Heath started the company to help bridge the gap between the high tech engineering trade and its clients. The idea of Geo-Tech was born around the philosophy of being “servers of the engineering trade”.
Geotechnical services consist of subsurface soils evaluations for the purposes of foundation design, roadway design, water retention/detention basin design, sinkhole evaluation, and other geo-engineering applications linked to pre and post construction activities.
Our team has the ability and experience to fully assess potential sinkhole activity and investigate distressed foundations and roadway systems.
Within our Construction Material Testing Department, we operate a Construction Material Engineering Council (CMEC) and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) accredited laboratory with a full range of testing capabilities.
Geo-Tech operates 3 state of the art track mounted direct push drill rigs that have the capability of providing an undisturbed soil sample from the ground surface to the termination depth of the boring.
